Return Policy

We provide a return policy for our customers in Australia, which allows for one free exchange per clothing order. For international customers, there is a subsidized fee of $25AUD to cover shipping and handling.

Our return policy extends for 30 days after you receive your item. To initiate a return, please complete the returns form.

Change of Mind Returns: If you have a change of mind, you can return your item for an exchange or receive a Store Credit, provided the item(s) meet our specified Return Conditions. If an item doesn't meet these conditions, it won't be accepted for return. Please review our Return Conditions below.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind or size-related returns.
    You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
    You have the option to exchange the product or receive a Gift Card as Store Credit.
    Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they are your responsibility and property.
    This policy does not apply to products on sale or marked down from their original price.
    The cost of returning the products is your responsibility. You are responsible for the items until they reach our facility.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Clothing must be in unworn, unwashed condition and in its original packaging with attached tags.
    Clothing must be free of perfume, body odors, deodorant, or washing powder.
    Clothing must be free of makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.
    Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during delivery to our facility.

Exchanges: If the item is not the right size or doesn't suit you, you can exchange it for a different size or item. We will send the exchange items as soon as we process your return. Note that we can't reserve products for exchanges, so sending your return promptly is advisable. If the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with a store credit.

Please be aware that discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.

Return for Store Credit: Your Store Credit will be activated once we receive your product at our facility. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and Store Credit issued.

Store Credit is issued in the form of a Gift Card and sent electronically to the original email address used for the order. If you haven't received it, check your spam/junk mail folder.

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

Please note that previously applied discount codes are not included in the Return Store Credit value.
